About Tina's Tax Resolution

Meet Tina

I am Rosetta Jones, and many people know me as Tina.

I bring more than 26 years of tax experience, including 26 years with the Internal Revenue Service. During my IRS career, I worked in several roles that gave me a deep understanding of taxpayer service, IRS procedures, and the importance of getting the details right.

I began in Taxpayer Services as a Customer Service Representative, assisting taxpayers over the phone and helping them understand tax questions, IRS notices, and account issues.

Later, I served as a Tax Analyst in the Centralized Quality Review System, known as CQRS. In that role, quality reviewers listened to IRS toll-free calls and evaluated whether customer service representatives clearly identified the taxpayer's issue, followed the Internal Revenue Manual, and handled the call correctly.

My role was to review those quality assessments. I looked at whether the reviewer identified the correct issue, whether the assessment matched what actually happened on the call, and whether the coding and conclusions reflected the call record.

In plain language, I checked the checkers.

That experience shaped how I serve today: with careful review, clear communication, attention to procedure, and respect for the real people behind every tax issue.

Through Tina's Tax Resolution LLC, I help individuals, content creators, and small business owners feel more informed, prepared, and supported when tax problems become stressful.

I also own Tina Your Tax Bestie LLC, which supports my YouTube channel and content brand, Tina Your Tax Bestie. Through that platform, I share general tax education in a way that is easier to understand and less intimidating.

My goal is simple: to help people feel less overwhelmed, more prepared, and more confident when dealing with taxes.
